What is your tenant screening process?

Proper tenant screening is one of the many ways we take care of your investment. Each potential tenant, age 18 and above, will be required to complete an application. We will screen the tenants and complete credit checks, employment verification, criminal background checks and interview their previous landlord(s).  In addition, we will make sure your future tenants have proof of the required finances.
