What happens if the tenants don’t pay their rent?

We are required to know the Tenant/Landlord Laws for the state of California. Rent will be due on the 1st of the month. After the 5th of the month, if rent has not been received, we will begin the eviction process with a 3-Day request to pay or move out.  In terms of eviction, we offer support for our Premium and All- Inclusive pricing tiers.  We will also provide advisement to our owners about when to seek professional legal support. We can assist with recommendations of real estate/eviction attorneys.
