Do I get to approve maintenance and repairs?

We will provide your tenants with an online portal for maintenance requests as well as a 24-hour number for emergency situations. We will let you know when a maintenance issue arises and keep you informed of the status of the repair. We keep a reserve to cover maintenance repairs up to $500. If any larger repair is needed, it will NOT be initiated without your prior written approval.
